Breast Implant Regret

I think if you are considering implants - you should know the WHOLE story, not just the pretty pictures of big boobs story.

I honestly regret nearly every day getting my implants. I'm scared of future surgery knowing that I want to have children. A friend of mine has implants & is currently pregnant. She went from a C to DD in 5 months of pregnancy & she says they just keep getting bigger! Her breast will likely sag something awful after the pregnancy.

Second: Mammography post implants. Normal mammography is 4 pictures (2 on each breast). With implants, they take 8 x-rays. This means extra radiation exposure (an increase in chance to cancer!), and twice as much discomfort as you'd have without them.

Third: and my biggest complaint: SLEEPING. I can't sleep on my stomach without a bolster under my breasts. I'm only a C cup with my implants, so it isn't like they are enormous. It is uncomfortable. Massages are a not fun anymore either. They hurt due to the implants.

I truly wish I'd never gotten my implants. I'm considering having them removed prior to pregnancy. – Kristy

Reasons for Satisfaction Rating: Nobody ever tells you it is HARD TO SLEEP on your stomach after getting implants. And massages - forget it! I always have to put a towel or pillow under my breasts now to act as a lever. One time I had a massage & swore that my implant broke from the pressure. It is generally uncomfortable to sleep prone with implants.
