Truly Beautiful

Breast Problems

Breast problems can create both physical and psychological concerns for any affected woman. There are a wide range of potentially problematic conditions which can make life less satisfying for many women and might even make them hate their own bodies. If you are suffering from a specific or general body image issue relating to your breasts, there is help. But first, you must identify the nature and severity of your actual bodily concern.

Breast Problems

Breast Problems / Breast Abnormalities

Breast abnormalities can occur due to congenital and developmental causes or might be the result of disease or traumatic injury. Regardless of the cause of an abnormal breast condition, the effects can be devastating. Women are often very judgmental of the own bodies and are particularly critical of the breasts. Any condition which makes them different, atypical or unusual when compared to a “normal” anatomy has the possibility of creating hurtful emotional anguish. This anguish might be conscious or may be deeply repressed. Emotional pain is one of the main causes of depression, anxiety and psychosomatic physical pain syndromes. Remember… the mind and body work together to create a state of health and a troubled mind will certainly lead to a troubled body…

Breast Problems / Aesthetic Issues

Even if your breasts are not considered unusual, they might still be very unattractive to your internal emotional self. Many women take exception to particular breast characteristics, such as shape, placement, coloration or feel. Others do not feel that the size of their breasts is correct for the rest of their anatomy. Many feel their breasts are too small and others feel their breasts are too large. In reality, most of these women are more disturbed by their sense of bodily proportion, than by their actual breast size. No matter what aesthetic issue is bothersome to you, it is understandable that the matter affects you greatly and can create feelings of insecurity, a poor self image and a general dissatisfaction with your own body. These emotional concerns are no joke and can really influence your day to day life, as well as creating long term self esteem concerns.

Breast Problems / Solutions

It is necessary to analyze exactly what bothers you about your breasts. You must be as specific as possible, even though actively thinking about these issues might be very uncomfortable and might even be painful. Uncovering sensitive bodily concerns is not torture; it is the beginning a solving these concerns once and for all…

Once you have a good idea which physical characteristics bother you, you need to research possible solutions. There are both surgical and non-surgical answers for a vast number of breast concerns. Finding the best path for you will take diligence, courage and an open mind.

Breast Problems / Non-Surgical Vs. Surgical

A good general rule states that non-surgical solutions are typically less effective than surgical interventions, but are far less invasive and risky. If you need a small fix and can find an effective non-surgical breast enhancement modality which will work for you, then you are indeed blessed. Be advised that some non-surgical breast therapies might demonstrate risks for financial loss, more than for health effects. Many of these treatments are simply a waste of time and money and the buyer should always beware. However, there are many noninvasive breast treatments which will work well for a variety of problematic conditions.

Cosmetic surgery is highly effective at permanently ending most troublesome breast issues. Surgery is always a serious proposition and should never be taken lightly. Even the least invasive procedures should be carefully planned and time should be allowed to find the very best surgeon for the job. Most patients who take the necessary time to do everything right are thrilled with their operations and enjoy a complete resolution of their problematic issue. Cosmetic surgery has an answer for every possible breast concern and your trusted plastic surgeon will be able to advise you which procedure will best satisfy your expectations and create the body you dream of having.

Breast Problems Advice

Finding comfort in your body is easier said, than done, for many women. Many individuals have a compounded problem of feeling guilt, due to their poor self image concerns. These women are very hard to treat, since most view their feelings as surface, silly or unjustified. In essence, they hate their bodies and they hate their emotional selves for being so superficial. If you fall into this category, there is still hope for you. There is NOTHING at all superficial about wanting to improve your body. The physical anatomy is the temple which houses the logical mind and emotional spirit. It is an equally important aspect of the self and is no less noble or vital to the overall good of the individual than either of the less tangible components. Improving the body WILL also improve the mind and spirit. Ignoring the body will lead to a degeneration of the unity between the equally important aspects of the self. In addition, the emotional mind stands to suffer the most from a poor body image. If you really have a difficult time justifying a bodily change for the sake of an improved appearance, then take heart knowing that you will also be creating an improved inner self. Whatever your bodily concern, it is not stupid and it is not selfish to want to correct it. Bodily modification can be a tremendously empowering event for any woman and is often cited as one of the best decisions of a lifetime…
