First Name: Karla City: Santa Ana Country: United States Age: 37 I have had large breasts since I was a teenager, but after four kids my chest had become so heavy that it actually gave me backaches, to say nothing of the problem of finding clothes that would fit. I had my work done in Mexico, mainly because of the lower cost, but I found the perfect doctor. I don't recommend this for everyone. It is a little stressful to have to travel right before an operation and I did have to go back to Mexico for my follow up three months later.
