This website is written and maintained by Eve Anderson and Sensei Adam Rostocki. The work is a combined effort based on personal experiences, scientific research, advice from qualified surgical practitioners and patient data.

Eve Anderson, RN, CSW has worked in the medical industry for over 25 years. Eve has performed diversified nursing duties around the world including working for several noted plastic surgeons. Eve is now practicing as a mind/body professional specializing in the treatment of psychosomatic and psychogenic conditions. Eve has been studying martial arts for 30 years and teaches Tai Chi Chuan. Eve has 2 sisters, both of whom she nursed through individual breast surgeries. Her younger sister was born with an asymmetry issue and had breast implants placed, while her older sister had a breast reduction after giving birth to her 2nd child. Eve is uniquely qualified as an authority on plastic surgery having a wealth of professional and personal experience in the field.

Sensei Adam Rostocki is a noted author and back pain scholar. Sensei has devoted his life to the study of mind/body medicine and works diligently in this field to increase patient awareness of the interaction between the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the human self. Sensei is an expert on internal energies and has studied Traditional Oriental Medicine and martial arts around the world. Sensei holds several black belts and instructor certifications in various martial art styles. Sensei is also the founder of the Combined Martial Arts Institute. Sensei is not a doctor or medical professional.
