Hi Jacqueline, Thanks for sending in your story. Low profile implants are generally used by women with a large, wide frame or women who want a particularly low level of forward projection. Judging by your size, I would say that high profile implants are far more appropriate for you and will likely give you the look your desire in terms of projection, not width. The wide width of your current low profile implants is almost certainly the reason for your rippling, since they are likely to be a greater diameter than your organic breasts.
